COVID/FLU/RSV Protocols

Due to Winterfest taking place on a school campus, we have specific protocols we must follow.
​
The COVID protocols at this are as follows for students/staff/community members/families/vendors:
Stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID/Flu/RSV
Stay home if you have tested positive for COVID in the past 5 days
Masks are optional for all participants
Use good hand hygiene
Again, we look forward to seeing you on Thanksgiving Weekend!
Winterfest 2025 dates are November 29 & 30

Mandatory Vendor Set Up, Friday, November 28, 2025, 12 - 4 PM
Vendor Parking Info

Set up instructions will be coming in a few days to your email. Students will be available to help with your unloading. Please make sure that you know your booth number, so that the students know where to delivery your items.
